TERMS OF USE

Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, it activates fire alarm systems.

In-room kitchen policy
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms.
It is forbidden to prepare food that can cause strong long-lasting odors in the room. (Frying is forbidden)
The room should be ventilated during and after the end of each type of cooking (air conditioning off and windows open.)
Ventilation should be used during cooking.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing used dishes.

In-room equipment & linen policy
It is forbidden to use the kitchen’s equipment, linen and towels outside the room.

Pet policy
Pets are not allowed in the rooms and outside the hotel, except for a dog/ guide.
Please do not throw paper in the toilet.

Children and extra people
Babies and children up to the age of 4 are accommodated free of charge in a baby cot in the room or in their parent’s bed.
Maximum baby cots per room is 1.
Baby cots are available on request and availability.

Rools and regulations for swimming pool usage
All children up to the age of 12 are allowed to use the swimming pool under the supervision of a parent-guardian.
The hotel has no responsibility for incidents-accidents due to non-supervision of children by parent-guardian.
Guests staying at the hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge
Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.
Guests swim at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the pool facilities.

Children Policy
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians during their stay at the hotel.
Parents are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen of the room.
We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room to prevent accidents.
The hotel will not be liable for accidents due to the unauthorized use of appliances and kitchen utensils by minors.
